“Stayed at The Downtown Loft at Third & Oak and loved it. It had a cool modern vibe with a spiral staircase and totally reminded me of staying in Manhattan. Downtown Wilmington is literally right out the front door and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Perfect for our weekend getaway and just exploring the city. Awesome place and will definitely stay here again!”

“This place is a gem! Walkable, family-friendly, and so thoughtful. We stayed in the Live Oak Suite and honestly loved everything about it. It was super clean, stylish, and had plenty of space for our family and kids. The location is amazing in the center of Downtown Wilmington — we walked to all the restaurants and shops and didn't need the car once. The parking lot at the house was a huge plus, especially with the kids.”
