With nearly 3,900 square feet across five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 10 reserved parking spaces, this is a property built for gathering.
Each suite has its own private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, and individually curated design. Whether you’re here for a wedding weekend, a family reunion, or a quiet couples retreat, every detail is designed to make your stay feel effortless and elevated.
The property is rooted in Wilmington history — anchored by the circa-1870 Wright-Murchison House — and thoughtfully updated with modern comforts. Step outside and you’re moments from the Cape Fear Riverwalk, award-winning restaurants, and over 200 blocks of historic architecture.
